By accessing or using the GPTboard mobile application developed by Charanpreet Singh, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the "Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
GPTboard is a keyboard extension app designed to improve text input with features like grammar check, paraphrasing, and generating replies. The app requires full access permission to read input text to provide these features.
GPTboard offers in-app purchases. These purchases are processed by the app store (Apple App Store) and subject to their terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the handling of your payment information by the app store.
By providing payment and billing information, you agree to the app store's terms and conditions. Ensure that your billing information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Refund requests for in-app purchases must be directed to the app store, as they handle the transaction.
You can subscribe to get unlimited access to GPTboard app features. Subscriptions will be charged to your credit card through your Apple iTunes account. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless cancelled within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can cancel anytime with your iTunes account settings.
Your use of GPTboard is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines our data collection and usage practices.
The content, features, and functionality of GPTboard are and will remain the exclusive property of Charanpreet Singh and its licensors.
In no event shall Charanpreet Singh be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the application.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of these Terms.
