About GPTboard

GPTboard is an AI keyboard for iPhone. It sits in place of the standard keyboard, so its features work inside every app you already use: Messages, WhatsApp, Mail, Notes, Instagram, your browser and anything else with a text field. Type as usual, then let GPTboard fix, rewrite, translate or reply, or skip typing altogether and speak.

What It Does

Improve fixes grammar, spelling and punctuation while keeping your meaning.
Paraphrase rewrites your text in different words.
Reply drafts an answer to the message you are responding to.
Change Tone makes your text formal, friendly, humorous, empathetic, romantic, sarcastic and more, with fourteen tones to choose from.
Ask GPT answers a question or follows an instruction you typed, right in the text field.
Continue Text picks up where you stopped and keeps writing.
Translate turns your text into more than twenty languages, including French, Spanish, German, Chinese, Hindi, Arabic, Japanese and Portuguese.
Voice typing listens while you speak and inserts clean, punctuated text, with filler words removed, in the language you choose.

Suggestions and autocorrect work the way you expect while you type, and an emoji keyboard is one tap away.

How It Works

GPTboard has two parts: the keyboard and the GPTboard app. The keyboard works inside your other apps. When you tap a feature, it sends the text in the field to our service, which uses OpenAI's models to produce the result, and inserts it for you. Nothing is sent while you are just typing, and nothing you process is stored.

Voice typing works a little differently, because iOS does not let a keyboard use the microphone. Tap the microphone in the keyboard once: GPTboard opens, turns the microphone on and sends you straight back to the app you were in, where the keyboard is already listening. Speak, tap Done, and the text appears where you were typing. The microphone turns itself off after a few minutes of silence, or whenever you choose.

Getting Started

Install GPTboard from the App Store and open it once.
In iOS Settings, go to General, then Keyboard, then Keyboards, tap Add New Keyboard and choose GPTboard.
Tap GPTboard in the list and turn on Allow Full Access. The GPTboard features need it to send your text for processing; the keyboard only reads the text when you use a feature.
In any app, long press the globe key on the keyboard and pick GPTboard.
Tap the GPTboard icon above the keys to use a text feature, or the microphone to type with your voice.

Free and Subscription

GPTboard is free to use every day within a daily allowance. A monthly subscription removes the daily allowance, so you can use every feature as much as you need. The price is shown in the app and on the App Store, and you can cancel at any time from your Apple Account settings.

Privacy in Brief

We do not collect your name, email address, contacts or location, and we do not store the text you process or the words you speak. The app keeps only a random identifier for your usage allowance and subscription. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.
